the room felt quite outdated, and several components seemed broken.. the breakfast staff were unhelpful and even obnoxious. the breakfast quality itself was poor, with watered-down orange juice and microwaved eggs.

i found the bathroom facilities new and of a very high standard. the breakfast buffet was quite good and it was constantly restocked. parking was also easy and had plenty of spaces.
i found the vegetables a bit undercooked. i also thought the air conditioner temperature was a bit too high and i couldn't reduce it. i didn't sleep much.

I feel a bit disappointed about some things. the evening restaurant was full, I received no emails regarding reservations. The room felt cold because the corridor was freezing, with doors and windows often open. The heater in the room was not enough, I needed to ask for a small one.

I had such a wonderful experience! the king size bed was comfortable. the staff were polite and always ready to assist. plus, i really enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi. It was the perfect way to relax after a long day!
i noticed that the gym equipment could use some updating.

The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. i liked the quick check-in. They even gave me a room that was ready even though i arrived early. the breakfast buffet was extensive and tasty. It had every facility you could need in a hotel spa.

The rooms are very very comfy and tidy. Mine had all i wanted. the new side of the hotel has nice rooms. They are quiet and comfy with good black out curtains for sleep. there was plenty of room to put my dog's crate for the night.
